HOW TO ORDER

To order anything from us, simply browse the website and use the secure online shop to pay for your order by credit card via Paypal or Nochex

Also, please email us to let us know as we only check our PO Box once a week or so]. POSTAGE & PACKING

Postage costs to the UK, Europe and rest of the world are clearly stated during Checkout. The P&P charge includes the cost of packaging and handling, as well as shipping. We endeavour to mail all items in stock within 48 hours. All UK orders are sent by First Class post, so should be delivered the next working day. Orders over £10 in value will be sent by Recorded post, and will require a signature when delivered. This is also available for items below £10 on request.

Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail Standard Airmail. Delivery times can vary, but generally items arrive at European destinations within 3-5 working days, and worldwide within 5-7 working days. If you need your order to arrive on a specific day, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

RETURNS POLICY

We are happy to accept returns if you aren't satisfied with your items for any reason, and will offer an exchange or refund provided the items are returned unused, and in the same condition they arrived in. (Please note however, we cannot accept Directions, dreadcare products, tattoo aftercare balm or body piercing solution if they have been opened).

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include a copy of the invoice when returning your item.
